Fluks & Sons is an Amsterdam based caterer, specialising in event catering, private dining and pop-up dinners. Chef Paul Fluks creates timeless family recipes with a modern twist.

The menu is inspired by Paul’s recent adventures in Japan and an ever-growing passion for traditional French cooking. There is a longstanding mutual admiration between French and Japanese cuisine. Both are refined with their own complex and highly distinct flavours, ingredients and cooking techniques.
