Ole Mofjell (drums), Natalie Sandtorv (vocals) and Tobias Pfeil (guitar) are three of the most central characters of the young Nordic improv scene. They are fierce and uncompromising players in their respective fields, and are known for their very individual and personal styles. Through extensive collaborations with bands such as Not on the Guest List, Sleepover, Zoetrope, Sandtorv/Pfeil duo and many more, the three musicians have developed a unique sense of stage presence and timing in their energetic improvisations.
On this special night at De Ruimte they will be joined by Amsterdam’s own, one and only Oscar Jan Hoogland, pianist, keyboardist, improvisor, composer and an all around artist. The combination promises an explosive and unforgettable journey!

Special intimate duo improvisation by two key players in the Amsterdam improv scene from two different generations. Michael Moore, who came to The Netherlands in 1982 and who is a part of the ICP Orchestra, already played together with Kaja Draksler a lot of times in his Michael Moore Bigtet. But tonight, the young Slovenian pianist and Moore strip it down to just piano and clarinet/saxophone.
