Zuza Banasinska

AS
AS (IT/DE) is an experimental duo formed by Agnese Menguzzato (lute, electronics) and Sara Persico (voice, electronics, synths).
Both mentees in the Amplify Berlin residency program at Kunsthaus ACUD Macht Neu they stumbled upon each other and started collaborating since. They fuse nostalgic melodies with pulsing analog synth patterns.

RUBEN KIEFTENBELT
Kieftenbelt is a solo sound designer and engineer from Amsterdam. With his background and passion for technology in sound and improvised music, he is always seeking new ways of creating and playing exciting distinct sounds. With his new solo project, Kieftenbelt went to Malta for 7 weeks to write new pieces. Combined with his brought instruments and field recordings he made on the island, he explores the possibilities there are now today with modular synthesizers. Kieftenbelt’s yet unreleased work brings out repetitive melodic music with emotional tension and drama.

ZUZA BANASINSKA
Zuza Banasińska (PL, 1994) is an artist making video-based environments, where virtual and real elements are hybridised beyond distinction in order to generate narratives and spaces that are unfixed and non-hierarchical. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Universität der Künste in Berlin and Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam. In 2020 she won first prize at “Short Waves” in Poznań and “On. Art” in Wrocław. Her works have been shown in such spaces as the U-Jazdowski CCA in Warsaw, “Dům Umění Mesta Brna” in Czech Republic or “Blindside” in Melbourne.

To be able to organise these concerts, we are bound to the rules of Testen voor Toegang. Please show your Coronacheck app at the entrance. For more info, click here.
