Fresh ‘Boy Edgar Prijs’ laureate Wilbert de Joode opens a brand new year of Space Is The Place with a one-time band with Portuguese trumpetist Luís Vicente and Amsterdam improv powerhouses Dikeman and Govaert.

JOOST BUIS
Improvising musician and a composer living in Amsterdam. He plays trombone and occasionally lap steel guitar. Buis has been active in the Dutch improvised music scene since 1983. He plays in Astronotes, as well as many other temporary bands, projects and ensembles.
