Space is the Place: Jozef Dumoulin solo + duo Rave/Provan

Thursday, February 21, music starts 21:00, €9 / students €6

JOZEF DUMOULIN SOLO
Strengthened by experience in a multitude of groups, Jozef Dumoulin enters the stage alone, armed with a Fender Rhodes, a vintage electric piano, amplified and distorted by a number of extensions. He conjures a unique world of free electro, with traces of jazz, ambient, noise, contemporary music, among others. But most of all, he tries to enter the unknown.

The CD ‘A Fender Rhodes Solo’, a world premiere for the instrument, was released in 2014 on French Bee Jazz Label and was lauded by the international press (**** Downbeat, Top CD in Jazznews Magazine, Disque Élu in Citizen Jazz, …). Jozef is currently preparing a follow-up.
