PUBLIC HARMONY
The unique textures of Henkel’s amplified trumpet , Zwissler’s analog synthesizers and Jung’s prepared bass drum collide and coalesce into a richly dense and unpredictably malleable soundworld. Public Harmony formed in Cologne in 2013. They are members of the Impakt Collective which is based in Cologne.

BURTON GREENE TRIO
The Burton Greene Trio plays a broad spectrum of music:  from little known “Un-standards” deserving of wider hearing and recognition, to Burton’s originals, to totally free, spontaneous works.  The music is non-categorical because it includes a broad base of classical, jazz, folk and world music resources, and when Burton brings in his retro electronic gear—electronic music as well.  His current trio is with Roberto Haliffi on drums,  Michael Stratz on bass.

Pianist/composer Burton has had many incarnations musically since he began professionally in his native Chicago in 1962. He has had performances all over the USA and Europe as a soloist, in duos and trios including one of the first world music bands: The East West Trio , in quartets, with his large 14 piece ensemble: the New Age jazz Chorale, and his klezmer/Balkan jazz group:  Klez-Edge, etc. More recently he has focused on his Trio with Roberto Haliffi on drums, Michael Stratz on bass.
