HWRH + Bismuth live

The Zoppo records remain among our favorite LP’s in the De Ruimte record collection, so we are thrilled to have a brand new band starring former Zoppo front man Cees van Appeldoorn. Also on the program: our favorite noise rock gamelan dance band Bismuth! DJ Vergaarbak opens the evening and will lure you onto the dancefloor after the concerts, for a small pre New Year’s Eve party.

HWRH
HWRH is a newly formed band arising from the ashes of former bands Zoppo, Space Siren and Starring Lisa. Cees van Appeldoorn is pulling strings again, together with Space Sirens rhythm section Ineke Duivenvoorde and Aico Turba, Joris Postema is closing the ranks on guitar.

HWRH delivers edgy yet melodic song-based structures and will start recording their debut record in Katzwijm studios soon.

BISMUTH
Bismuth is a two piece band consisting of instrument builder and guitarist Yuri Landman and multi-instrumentalist Arnold van de Velde (ex-Feverdream, Neon Rainbows, Eklin) Bismuth uses self built instruments to play a highly rythmic mix of noise rock, dance and gamelan music.
