Singer/trumpeter/guitarist Ferry Heijne and bassist Luc Ex are two independent musicians
who have developed their own voice in a.o. the two best bands of the Netherlands: De Kift
and The Ex. They play various songs by Luc Ex and De Kift and at the same time tell about
the wonderful adventures of sir Augenapfel and Bibikov.

GEMMA LUZ BOSCH / KETIJA RINGA KARAHONA
Ketija Ringa is a flute player from Latvia, based in Amsterdam. In 2021 she won the Keep an
Eye Outstanding Talent Award. She has her own quintet and performs in various other
formations.
Gemma Luz Bosch is a sound artist from Spain, based in Utrecht. “For me, creating a work
always begins with sound research. In my concerts and installations, I explore the boundaries
of the concept music using my own made instruments and extended techniques. ”
Ketija and Gemma will play their instruments (flute and piano), plus a diversity of ceramic
instruments.

Daniël Vis (1988) is a poet and writer. He won the National Poetry Slam, was nominated for the J.C. Bloem Prize and received the Frans Vogel Poetry Prize. His work has appeared in Tirade and Het Liegend Konijn, among others, and has been translated into several languages. He performs in The Netherlands and abroad. In 2022, his debut novel Een woelend lichaam was published.
GEOMETRY is an experimental book of poetry wholly appropriated from a high school mathematics textbook of the same name. When the exposition of “real world” problems (e.g. “Javier needs enough mulch for his triangular garden…”) are divorced from the subsequent mathematics exercise, we hear as if for the first time how absurd and alien this “real world” is. GEOMETRY probes the literary status of these problems, highlighting the ridiculous, banal, and sometimes accidentally beautiful worlds that live inside mathematics textbooks. The work is introduced and read by the “author”, who taught geometry out of this same textbook for half a decade.
