Join us again for this festive and danceable night exploring the clave!

From Sub-Saharan Africa to Cuba and South-America, where it’s at the root of musical genres such as salsa, rumba, conga, son, reggae and dancehall. This year we will explore the clave, the rhythmic pattern that ties a whole world of music together.

Uruguayan musician Miguel Petruccelli invites a band that shares a love for the clave, to make your heart beat to its rhythm. This time he invites Antwerprian Calypso and a band of highly funky musicians based in Groningen. From experience we can say: ¡Bring your Dancing Shoes!

Gregor Terror & The Calypso Gigolo’s
