Join us for a night of top-notch LIVE techno, electro, breaks, detroit, minimal, electronica, bleeps, tweaks and dancefloor excursions from all the Lucid Recordings artists.
THEN: From 1992 to 1997 DJ Steve Green hosted an adventurous, eclectic and electric club night called Lucid Interval at Mazzo in Amsterdam. The night spawned Lucid Recordings, releasing vinyl by the DJs and techno producers playing live at the club. It was a moment in time, a lively close-knit scene, and the music was great.
NOW: Discerning techno lovers have been finding and loving Lucid releases online in recent years. Lots of the artists on Lucid Recordings are still making music and still connected, so we decided to revive the label and release fresh archive and new material. That got the juices flowing. ‘What next?’ we thought. There could be only one answer… a live club night.
We’re getting together to celebrate what we did back then and all the musical evolutions since. Join us if you love your techno with a twist.
