One Saturday a month Anubhuti takes you on a culinary tour through a country that has one of the richest cuisines on the planet: India.

When the Mughal emperors ruled India they not only brought their food, but also Persian art, poetry and stories, leaving their mark on Indian culture to this day. This evening, Anita wil serve dished from the Mughlai kitchen and storyteller Simon Hodges will tell Persian stories.
