Naakt in Noord: ELLA

Sunday March 1st, sauna 16-23h, concert at 20.30

Every Sunday we fire up the sauna in our backyard, courtesy of the Saunakaravaan. Besides a steaming hot sauna, we offer you something different every week: storytelling, live music, short film and much more.

ELLA van der Woude is best know as the frontwoman of Amsterdam-based band Houses. After producing an EP (End Of Story), an album (Clean Life), and playing every possible stage The Netherlands has to offer, Ella decided to go solo, accompanied by Houses’ guitar player Manuel van den Berg and drummer Nicky Hustinx. An album is in the making, but ELLA will give us a taste of what is to come. Curious? Think indie, think 90s. You might even hear some influences from the many soundtracks that ELLA has produced lately.

As always on a Sunday evening, the sauna will be hot, so come prepared with flip-flops, a towel, and diving goggles if you want to end your sauna experience in the canal. Entrance to the sauna is €6. The concert is around 20.30. We will kindly ask you to put some money in the hat for the band.
