Naakt in Noord: Rowan Coupland

Every Sunday we fire up the sauna in our backyard, courtesy of the Saunakaravaan. Besides a steaming hot sauna, we offer you something different every week: storytelling, live music, short film and much more.

On February 22nd, Rowan Coupland (Berlin/UK) will do a concert by the campfire. Rowan is an English writer, singer and multi instrumentalist, playing ‘thoroughly beguiling neo folk’ (Time Out London) combining soaring vocals, and astonishingly intricate guitar and harp arrangements. Now based in Berlin, his live show is stirring and intimate, something between rock’n’roll and medieval troubadour.

As always on a Sunday evening, the sauna will be hot, so come prepared with flip-flops, a towel, and diving goggles if you want to end your sauna experience in the canal. Entrance to the sauna is €6. The concert is around 20.30. We will kindly ask you to put some money in the hat for Rowan.
