Naakt in Noord Saunaconcert: Barbara Breedijk

This Saturday Barbara Breedijk will come to De Ruimte to do not one but two concerts. At 8 PM she will play in front of the fireplace of our café, around 9 PM she will play next to the sauna in our backyard. Barbara sings in Dutch and in English, and plays the guitar and the ukelele. In her songs she drifts between melancholy and comic reflection. Her warm sound incorporates folk, jazz and blues influences. She made it to the finals of de Grote Prijs van Nederland and was supporting act for Paul Haenen, Wouter Hamel and Candy Dulfer. Bring flip-flops and a towel because the sauna will be hot! And don’t forget to put some money in the hat. All donations go straight to Barbara.
